No, I agree with the first poster. It doesn't matter whether or not the food is great and the atmosphere is nice. When you are fed up with your business, it shines through. I was looking for good examples of restaurant blogs and this was the first to pop up. I'm embarassed for you. It's meant to be a showcase of all the great things you have going on and what you are contributing to your community, but instead appears to be a place for you to vent and bitch about your work and employees. Chef Marla, maybe its time to invest in a personal diary and stop airing your dirty laundry online. Just saying.
